All returns must be approved prior to processing. Just send us an email and tell us what the issue is and we will get back to you promptly with further instructions. Photos are always helpful if applicable.

Return requests must be initiated within 7 days of receiving all items in the order and shipped back to us within 7 days of our response to your email return request to qualify for a full refund. (If it is a split package order, it will start from the time of the final package delivery date.)
